CURO is a software solution built with Adobe AIR, whose main purpose is to aid managers and business owners to add their employees data and availability, so that they can easily create daily schedules.

Easy-to-use interface

The installation process is quite typical, while the interface you come across can be described as minimal and modern. It is comprised of several buttons and a pane in which to view the selected information. Although Help contents are not provided, this tool can be easily used by everybody, regardless of their previous experience with the IT world.

Add data about your personnel

First and foremost, this utility helps you to keep track of your employees information, as well as add it manually. For example, you can add full name, address, phone number, e-mail, position, pay rate (monthly, weekly, annually) and rating, while you can also upload a picture in a JPG, GIF or PNG format, select hourly availability and vacations.

Create the actual schedule and export it

Aside from that, you can add multiple shifts within a day and create a schedule for the entire week, as well as the following ones. The completed schedule can also be exported to a file for safe keeping and use in another program, while you can also print it directly from the main window.
Last but not least, you should know it is possible to edit all the aforementioned entries at any point, and view all employees in a list, as well as the schedule end and start date.

A final evaluation

It does not burden the computer’s performance as it requires an insignificant amount of resources in order to work properly, while the response time is quite good. Our tests did not reveal any kind of issues, such as bugs or hangs.
