Customer Database

The Infosheets Customer database has an amazing list of features all in an easy to use interface. Designed to be easy to use by both service business and retail shops. To accomplish both types of business It utilizes a summary line that can be used independently for non point of sale or expanded for point of sale. So both quick entry (Gardeners, Carpet Cleaners, Plumbers, Handymen, Cleaning companies, Janitors) and Point of Sale customer based shops (Hair salons, Auto shop, Contractors, HVAC Installers) businesses are served.

Designed to have all customer info on a single page it utilizes navigation / search on top then Customer and sales info below. Sales info is an expandable summary line for each sale transaction that can be expanded to include product entries. So each Customer can have an unlimited number of summary line transactions with an unlimited number of product entries. The summary line can be typed in to have a single line for simple sales or expanded to include enabled UPC scanner or use drop down categories to find products that include price, quantity, discount (if desired) and taxable info . All sales tax , change and total calculations are automatically updated to the summary line for easy viewing and quick receipt printer for point of sale (POS) or invoiced and emailed. By selecting multiple summary transactions invoices will be added together and be included on a single invoice. Sales are automatically entered to income reports.

The Advanced designed enables all reports to be saved in most formats including pdf or excel files and all Invoices and receipts can be saved printed or instantly attached to an email. Products and Business info are easily entered and auto entry can be enabled to makes data entry faster. Customer lists can be created to install on phone or tablet for portability. Customer mapping helps locate customers for deliverys. Numerous date sortable reports include: Appointment calendar, Income / Sales tax reports, Account Receivables, and Categorized Income report. A full back up creates an independent self contained database with date stamp for safety or outside data entry and it fully supports database import and export functions. This Customer Database is well crafted, easy to use and very complete.
