cwTool

cwTool is a feather-light and portable piece of kit that parses CDMA Workshop NV Item reads to remove plain text as well as BIN dumps to locate SPCs. Results are shown in the main frame. Plus, it is possible to convert MEID/ESN items. There are no other notable options available here.

Evaluation and conclusion

The tool does not put a strain on computer performance, since it runs on low CPU and RAM. It has a good response time to commands and works smoothly, without triggering Windows to hang, crash or display error notifications.
