Cyber-D's List Randomizer Description
Cyber-D's List Randomizer is a small program whose purpose is to help you remember events with the aid of text reminders. It runs all Windows platforms out there.
Simple looks
The GUI looks clean and plain. It doesn’t embed many settings in the main window and under the hood. There’s no support for a help manual but the dedicated parameters look highly intuitive so you can decode them with minimal effort.
How it works
Cyber-D's List Randomizer gives you the possibility to display random notes directly in the primary panel. It is not able to automatically show all messages at a certain time interval so you need to manually press on the ‘random’ button in order to check out another configured event.
The application offers you the option to build up a list with all events and save it to plain text file format. In order to make the utility read the information from the custom plain text file, you only need to import the file in the main window.
The tool reveals information about the filename of the current document and a random line from the text. You are given the freedom to create multiple lists, open multiple instances of the program, and make the utility never pick a line more than once per cycle.
Although Cyber-D's List Randomizer hasn’t been updated for a long time, we have tested it on Windows 8.1 Pro and worked without errors. It is not a resource hog so you can keep it running in the background without worrying that it hampers your system’s performance.
Bottom line
All things considered, Cyber-D's List Randomizer provides a simple software solution for helping you leave notes on your desktop and comes in handy especially if you share your computer with other users.
