Once set up, Cycle counter can be used with a barcode scanner and laptop to complete your cycle count in a fraction of the time that a paper based systems uses. Customisable barcode rules can be set up to extract a product code from a barcode, enabling Cycle counter to be used with any product with a barcode. In addition, utilising barcode technology, Cycle counter reduces the possibility of erroneous data being collected. Your completed cycle count, once exported, can be sent to customers or office staff via E-mail for immediate action or approval. It can be manipulated by using a spreadsheet application, used for reporting or auditing purposes, compared with other exported files or uploaded in to a higher level system.
