DayCalc Description

DayCalc is a small software application designed specifically for helping you calculate the number of weekdays and weekends between two user-defined dates.

Simple looks

The user interface is clean and integrates only a few functions that you can play with. Everything is kept as simple and clear as possible, so tweaking the dedicated parameters proves to be an easy task.

How it works

DayCalc gives you the possibility to enter a custom start and end date and simply press on the “GO“ button in order to check out the results. The program displays the number of weekdays and weekends, as well as total number of days.

Where it falls short

On the downside, the application doesn’t offer support for advanced features that could help you pick the date using a built-in calendar (so you have to manually insert the start and end dates) and copy all results to the clipboard using a dedicated button.

Testing its performance

Since it doesn’t require much computer knowledge to work with this small app, even less experienced users can master it with minimum effort. During our testing we have noticed that DayCalc carries out a task quickly, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. As it would be expected from such a small utility, it remains light on system resources, so it doesn’t hamper computer performance, nor interfere with other programs’ functionality.

Bottom line

To sum things up, DayCalc offers a simple software solution when it comes to helping you check out the number of weekdays and weekends between two user-defined dates. It can be easily configured and installed by all types of users, regardless of their experience level.
