DeskTop Health Records is a downloadable application that runs on your PC with no connection to the Internet. It provides password protection and encrypted storage options. You can create to-do lists and reminders to manage your health. You can store health records and manage workflows. Provides total privacy of data. Keep track of doctors visits, their comments, your comments, specialist info, drugs info,phone numbers. All data is stored on your computer in xml files and nothing is stored online and nothing travels over the Internet.

Using DeskTop Health Records, you can: Record information of doctors visits, followup comments, and your comments about the doctors effectiveness; Attach files (x-rays, bills) to your visit records; E-mail your history (with 1 click) to a doctor before your visit to make the appt more productive; Record drugs prescribed by doctor; Describe symptoms, keep dates of onset, treatment information; Keep records of phone numbers, referrals to specialists and their contact info.
