Dispatcher: Freeware Edition Description
Dispatcher fully takes care of deploying your software to your website. It creates Installers and Auto-Updaters, so your users never have to manually check for updates again. Just tell Dispatcher a little about your software and your website (many free webhosts supported), and it will bundle a customized Updater with your software, and create an Installer for you. You can also use Dispatcher with another Installer-creation software, if you wish. When you are ready to release a new version of your software, just tell Dispatcher, and it will create binary patch update data, and upload it to your website for you. Nothing more is required for your users to automatically (after user-confirmation) be updated to your latest version. No more making your users download the full installer every time. Patches can be as small as 200 bytes! The Updater can be used by your software in any way you wish: Run it silently, only showing itself if updates are available, or have it run before your program, or just use it to add a "Check for updates" feature to your software.
