DN Chrono Description
Even though it may be only a figment of our imaginations, time helps us guide, and synchronize activities with precision for best results. It can be used in different ways, and one of the most basic options is counting. As such, DN Chrono allows you to track your tasks in a configurable, visually appealing interface.
Intuitive, customizable design
The application only requires little effort on your behalf throughout the installation process, and you can check out the set of features in no time at all. Although a default feature in modern Windows iterations, you might want to check whether or not .NET Framework is installed on your PC, because it’s a mandatory requirement for functionality.
A compact main window shows up on launch, with a few LED like panels. One of them is used to show time, another to let you view current progress, and you can also enable a third one to view related process parameters.
Multiple instances supported, and report generator
Before starting a sessions, you might want to pay a visit to the settings panel for visual, and general behavior options. On the one hand, you’re free to customize main, status, watch, and info panel LED colors, including related shadows. On the other hand, different options allow you to specify CPU economy, whether or not to allow more instances, have sessions automatically saved, and enable startup with Windows.
Needless to say that the counter starts as soon as you hit the homonymous button. Just so you don’t stop it by mistake, controls can be locked at the press of a button. In addition, you can leave the application to record in background, without the timer updating in real time, but still adding seconds.
You can pause the process whenever you need to take a break. Hitting stop can result in saving your session, given the corresponding option is enabled. However, these are only enlisted in a built-in panel, which you can use to view, and print on a sheet of paper.
To end with
All things considered, we come to the conclusion that DN Chrono is a powerful counter which can help you track the time spent on your tasks. The auto save option can track all sessions so you can later on analyze, and print them out. It’s visually appealing, and can even be customized, deserving at least a try overall.
