DnsChanger

DnsChanger is a small-sized and portable application that has a list compiled with DNS servers, which you can use as alternatives when the default one is not working. It contains just a few intuitive options that can be tweaked by any type of user.
Since there is no setup pack involved, you can drop the executable file anywhere on the hard drive and just click it to run. Administrative rights are required.
An alternative is to save DnsChanger to a USB flash disk or similar storage unit, to be able to run it on any PC with minimum effort and no prior installers.
What's more, the Windows registry and Start menu do not receive new entries, thus leaving no traces behind after removing the program.
The user-friendly interface consists of a single window that contains a list with all known DNS servers. All you have to do is click one and apply it to your Internet connection settings by clicking a button. There is also the option to apply the default DNS server. In addition, you can set a DNS address manually. There are no other notable features supported by this software utility.
DnsChanger has a good response time and uses low CPU and RAM, so it does not burden the PC's overall performance. There were no errors throughout our evaluation, and the app did not hang or crash. Thanks to its intuitive layout and overall simplicity, DNS servers can be easily tweaked even by novice users.
