You need to specify a password that you do not forget. The program does not impose a minimum length or complexity, nor the means to recover a lost password.
DropDealer’s interface is designed to act as a desktop, features a background slideshow function and allows you to access various folders and tools. The database of business associates is split into Clients, Suppliers and Others, which you may view simply by hovering the mouse over their names.

Reliable file manager

DropDealer relies on the drag-and-drop technology when it comes to adding local files to the storage space. You may attach any documents, pictures, scans, multimedia to various contracts or to associates entries. Alternatively, the software allows you to add separate files, in order to protect them from prying eyes.
You may quickly access tools such as templates, file organizer, reports, the search tool, important documents or items marked as incoming/outgoing. The software features a list of favorites, which you may append by dragging and dropping files into it. Moreover, the application allows you to access your email, open the CNN website or any other Web page.

Network and sidebar tool

The program allows you to connect to the common network and easily communicate or exchange files with other DropDealer users. Additionally, it installs a sidebar on your desktop, designed to facilitate dragging and dropping files to various folders in the program’s database. The application features a stylish interface, with customizable background, which, however, is not resizable and rather cluttered, so it might take long to get used to.
