Dureza Description
This software is for nanoindentations and other instrumented indentation testing (IIT) machines. The product core features are for research and industrial applications where indentation testing is the only available method to measure the mechanical properties. For example small bone samples for biological applications or microchip integrated circuits. Its functionality is that it can calculate the hardness and elastic modulus from the load versus unload curve. It shows the hardness results in several units such as Martens hardness (HM), Vickers hardness (HV), indentation hardness (Hit), Oliver-Pharr hardness (Hop) and Brinell hardness (HB). It uses a non-linear analysis technique to curve fit the unload curve which converges quickly. It can graphically compare 100s of your curve data files (.csv) in a few seconds.
Possible applications are in: semiconductor industry, universities, testing laboratories, or standards organizations. Version 1.1 includes unspecified updates.
