DVD Genie allows you to modify the region code for popular software-based DVD Players such as Software Cinemaster, PowerDVD and WinDVD (among a few).
DVD Genie will permit you to tweak these players with undocumented features to fit your system in a better way.
DVD Genie will also allow you to select which program runs when a DVD Disc is inserted into the drive and contains support for full screen Zooming on wide screen movies with certain players.
Here are some key features of "DVD Genie":
ï¿ Fix for the CoolDVD region code to work with CoolDVD v2.40
ï¿ New buttons to Register/Unregister the PowerDVD DirectShow filters
ï¿ Slight change to the mechanics of the WinDVD reset region function
ï¿ Two Additional Audio Range values for WinDVD, try them out
ï¿ New button on the PowerDVD tab to get the version of the PowerDVD DirectShow filters.
