You can automate the editing tool and it comes with the option to pick a color for the outline and for the background. It also allows you to make modifications to multiple files at once, simply pick the folder and choose an output location.
All in all, Dydelf is a very useful application for making all sort of changes to your images and adjusting various parameters, but it could use some more tools.
