e-View

e-View is a lightweight application designed to help you open various image formats and create slideshows from the uploaded pictures.
Since this is a portable program, it is important to mention that it doesn’t leave any traces in the Windows Registry. You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you need to view different images on the fly.
e-View sports a simple interface that allows users to add files to the list by using the built-in browse button. It offers support for a wide range of file formats, namely BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, WMF and EMF.
The application allows users to add multiple files to the list, and with just one click on the selected image you can preview it in the primary panel. It is possible to remove the selected items or clear the entire list.
Other useful features worth mentioning include the possibility to print the pictures, zoom in or out, fit images to the window or view their full size, as well as display metadata details (attribute, value, ID). You may also switch to the full screen mode for a better focus on your work.
The program enables users to create slideshows from the uploaded images, and you can pick the background color, transitions and speed level (very slow, slow, medium or fast).
All in all, e-View can be considered a simple graphic viewer which doesn’t ask for special computer skills to be mastered. It cannot compete with other powerful tools in its category, as it needs improvements in various areas.
