Intuitive, yet plain and outdated interface

After the quick and smooth installation, you come face to face with a minimalist interface featuring 2 tabs. The UI looks rather rugged and minimalistic for an application designed for entertainment.
While the first tab's role is to allow you to copy the download link or view the results in case you are searching for certain video via keywords, you can preview the list of downloads, their path and the URL page in the second tab.
You can select the location where you want to save the file, open it and access the page you downloaded it from directly from the download tab. The aforementioned functions are basic and the application could use some organizer features.

Limited file extension and lack of options

The application allows you to download a clip directly by copying the link in the dedicated field. Before you can actually download the video, you can select the desired format (3GP, MP3, MA4, MP4, FLV, WEBM). On a side note, for some videos you can only choose between a couple of formats.
At the same time, you can search for videos on a plethora of websites and select the appropriate one from the list the program displays. Without denying that the search function is useful in numerous situations, it would be nice if it allowed you to use filters to narrow down the search.
In addition, it is necessary to mention that the program displays only 8 query results. Given the amount of information available online, it is hard to believe that only the displayed results are relevant to your search.

A satisfactory choice for beginners

Although it does a fine job at downloading videos from a variety of sources, the program lacks options that allow you to organize and manage the files on your computer. Overall, it could be a good tool for a beginner or a user who needs to download a video fast for a project.
