Efficient Diary Network allows you to keep notes, memos, fragments of texts or any piece of information that can be stored in plain text format. Each diary entry can be made with the help of a powerful text editor, which allows you to type or paste text from clipboard.
It offers you a large series of text editing tools, such as change font, size, color, indentation, add bullets, superscript or subscript, even tables. Moreover, you can embed images, hyperlinks, links to local or server files, as well as modify the tables.
You may add attachments to the diary entry and save it in a particular group or subgroup, from the editing dialog box. Moreover, you can move to the next or previous entry using the dedicated arrow buttons.

Searching engine conditions

Efficient Diary Network allows you to create a vast knowledge base in which to store several types of notes, memos or documents. The powerful searching engine allows you to identify any entry you are looking for, by title, date, category or content.
You may set two conditions and decide whether to apply them alternatively or separately. Moreover, you may narrow down the search, by specifying the host group. You may also export the database to a local file, in CSV or HTML format, as a backup. Additionally, you may print any of the entries straight from the software.

Simple to use application for data sharing

Efficient Diary Network is designed to facilitate the team work, since the members can remotely access the selected database, from a configured server. As an administrator, you may create several usernames and grant them rights to view, modify or append the database. You can protect the software and the database with a master password.
