Efficient Reminder Network is a suitable tool in case you manage a small business or simply a project team and you work across a local network. The software allows you to connect to the local server and grant access to the program’s interface for several users. This way, you can configure the weekly, monthly or yearly schedule for your entire team and quickly share it with them.
Efficient Reminder Network allows you to view the schedule in calendar mode, with specific markers for the work days or as an event list. The calendar can be rendered in several modes, including daily view, monthly, yearly or as a time grid. The horizontal scroll allows you to switch to alternative calendars, which you can create for individual users.

Create and organize appointments

The event creator opens in a separate window with several commands and an integrated text editor. You may specify the name of the event, location, duration, priority and label. Additionally, you may add notes, attachments, comments and set recurrence options. You may save it as a general event or send it straight to one of the groups.
The software supports creating groups, or folders and subfolders, which are useful in sorting the events based on the desired criteria. Moreover, thanks to the powerful searching engine, you can easily identify the desired entry based on two alternative or simultaneous conditions.

Exporting data and setting user permissions

Efficient Reminder Network allows you to print the current events list, as well as to export any report to a CSV or HTML file. You may select to export a file containing all set appointments, all records in the current view or a certain selection. Moreover, each event is accompanied by a reminder which goes off a few minutes before its start.
