Electronic Cosmo's MPEG Suite is a simple-to-use program that allows you to convert audio tracks between the WAV and MP3 format. It can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.
The interface of the application is plain and simple to navigate through. You can use the Explorer-based layout or "drag and drop" method to locate and import sound files. Batch conversion is supported.
So, all you have to do is specify the output destination and file type, in order to proceed with the encoding task.
But you can also configure audio settings when it comes to the codec, channel mode, bit rate, layer, process priority and others.
On top of that, you can enable Electronic Cosmo's MPEG Suite to overwrite existing files and to delete the source files after conversion, as well as preview songs in a built-in audio player.
The audio processing tool takes up a low amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. Plus, you can check out a brief but inconclusive help file. Unfortunately, Electronic Cosmo's MPEG Suite doesn't do a good job when it comes to keeping a good sound quality. Also, the interface is outdated. We strongly recommend you look for a more advanced software.
