Yealink IP phones are now completely compatible with Broadsoft platform. The combination provides carriers and end users a very cost-effective solution.

Supports the Call Center Solution Features for Broadsoft serversSuch as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) feature. The ACD feature allows the Broadsoft server to distribute calls from a queue to the registered IP phone users (agents). Users can login to a phone queue by pressing an ACD softkey or programmable key on Yealink IP phone. Once logged in to the queue, you can make it "available" or "unavailable" to take calls by pressing the Available/Unavailable key on the phone UI. ACD feature is one of functions which specially designed for Call Center Solution.
