Create a database of senders and recipients

It is possible to quickly print envelopes that need to be sent or received by various people by adding a large number of sender and recipient entries. These can include their name, street number, postal code, city, state, country and any additional information. Then, you can simply select an envelope template and the desired contacts.
The application can automatically backup your database when it is shut down. You can choose to keep only the last backup made on any particular day and have the program automatically delete data after a specified period of time.

Customize envelope designs

Envelomat includes a large amount of built-in templates, suitable for various types of documents. These are fully customizable, as you can modify the position of certain fields, the font and style used, as well as insert logos from multiple types of image files.
The modified designs can be saved as new templates and used in future printing jobs.
