epiSIM Description

epiSIM is a small, simple, very easy to use application specially designed to offer users a tool that simulates epistasis in case-control studies.
This software also offers several single models, as well as epistasis models to be associated with disease penetrance and allows users to extend new disease models.
So, all that you have to do is enter the data that you want to compile and analyze and this software will take care of the rest.
Epistasis is the process when a genes effects are modified by another gene, knowed asÂ modifier genes.
