ESFSoft Radio Downloader

ESFSoft Radio Downloader is a small, yet powerful software application which lets users capture Internet radio streams, from ShoutCast and IceCast.
The installation process is fairly linear, and completing it brings you to a clear-cut interface. Both experienced and novice users can work with it, without experiencing problems.
In order to start downloading and listening to songs, you are required to access ShoutCast.com or IceCast.org, choose a radio station, copy its link, paste it in ESFSoft Radio Downloader and click the “Download” button.
The program displays, in the main window, the download speed, total size grabbed, bit rate, stream name and genre. In a separate panel, you can view the songs being downloaded and their size. Right-clicking on an audio file enables you to open the containing directory. A small setback is that you cannot choose the output folder. By default, this software utility creates a new one in “My Documents”.
An important aspect to take into consideration, is that this tool will keep downloading, until you press stop.
Help contents are provided online, and they are well organized and comprehensive, so that anybody can learn how to use this program at its full potential. In our tests, CPU and memory usage was low, even during download, which means the system’s performance will not be affected, and you can run it alongside other apps, without facing difficulties.
