Evernote Batch

Evernote Batch is a reliable tool that allows you to handle several notes in Evernote simultaneously and with ease. The program allows you to work with all the notebooks you manage in Evernote and change the background color of the notes, their titles, remove duplicates or delete empty tags.

Batch notebook manager

Evernote Batch features two sets of functions: those that can change a notebook or those that regard the notes themselves. The first category includes the changing of the notes’ color, the line spacing or creating new notes by list.
The program allows you to work with one or several notebooks at the same time, by checking the box next to their names. The work space indicates the status of each note contained in the selected books: whether the process is successful or if issues occurred.
You may import notes from Outlook straight into one of the books, find and delete duplicates. as well as remove empty tags.

Options regarding notes

Evernote Batch requires you to log in using your Evernote credentials, in order to be granted direct access to your data. Once logged in, you may view a list of all the notebooks you can work with, in the column on the left.
The Note tab allows you to access several functions, such Series Note Title, a tool for batch renaming the notes from notebooks. You may replace the names with series titles, such as fixed words and incremental numbers or add prefixes/suffixes to the existing names.

Table of contents and inserting calendars

Evernote Batch also allows you to create an index, a table of contents, based on the bold lines detected in each note. Moreover, it allows you to change the table style if such structures can be found in the notes. Additionally, you may attach monthly calendars to either of the notes in a particular notebook. Use the triangle button to start any of the processes.
