Fast Chromatogram Viewer is a simple-to-use Windows program designed to display the content of Chromatogram files, namely those with the SCF, ABI, AB1, AB extension. It comes loaded with a few configuration settings that should be easy to figure out, regardless of your previous level of experience with such tools.

The entire setup operation takes little time and effort. As far as the interface is concerned, Fast Chromatogram Viewer is packed in a seemingly outdated window with a neatly organized layout, where you can use the Explorer-based folder structure to navigate directories and open Chromatogram files.

Examine Chromatogram files and configure settings

A graphical representation is shown on the bottom part of the screen, which can be easily navigated by moving a slider and zooming in and out. It is possible to trim the ends by setting the number and threshold for the section to keep, along with the window length and trimmed ends color.
