Since this is a portable version, it is important to mention that the program doesn’t leave any traces in the Windows registry, and you can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with whenever you need to monitor the changes made you files.
It boasts a simple and clean interface that offers quick access to all its main functions. You are required to select the hard drive partition, and the monitoring method from the following options: deleted, created, modified and renamed files.
The main window is minimalist and doesn’t bundle any configuration settings. It only displays four different panes, and you can view which documents were deleted, created, modified, as well as old and new file names for the renaming option.
Compared to other similar application, it’s pretty easy to work with this tool, as it doesn’t require much computer knowledge.
