These can be dragged to the desired item. If you want to make any adjustments, it’s possible to edit these effects by modifying any of its levels, such as for size, speed, transparency, color levels and angle, to name just a few. The settings vary for each effect.
There are also hundreds of transition effects that can be applied between to different images or videos. Also, some titles and text may be added to the videos as well.
The bottom line is that FileLab Video Editor is a nice tool that is very easy to handle. Less experienced individuals should be able to quickly figure out how to work with this tool.
