Fixio Driver Finder Description
Fixio Driver Finder is an intuitive application that identifies outdated drivers on your system and offers to download and install the latest version to keep your computer software up to date. It comes packed with standard options that cater to all types of users.
The program is wrapped in a clean window with a well-organized structure, representing the tool's interface.
Fixio Driver Finder is able to verify drivers for the CD-ROM, disk, display adapter, imaging device, multimedia, network, system and other devices. Results show the scan date and length, along with all found outdated, conflicting or corrupted drivers.
Detailed results reveal the category, name and status for each driver. Prior to driver updates, the program creates a system restore point, just in case Windows starts experiencing issues afterward. In addition, you can view an activity report as well as schedule scans.
As far as program settings are concerned, you can set Fixio Driver Finder to automatically run at system startup, hide to the system tray area, check for updates, as well as switch to a different language for the UI.
We have noticed a minimal CPU and RAM consumption during Fixio Driver Finder's runtime, so it does not affect the overall performance of the computer. Since it can be minimized to the system tray area, it does not disrupt normal user activity either. Help documentation is available.
No error dialogs were shown in our testing, and the app did not hang or crash. Unfortunately, the unregistered version can only detect outdated drives and not update them.
