When you take a quick look at the application the first impression is acceptable. However, spending some time to get to know it reveals the contrary.
Options you get to work with are easily accessible and not a lot is required to fill in required fields, but the overall design leaves something to be desired. Important functions like saving and navigation seem to be extremely small and hard to spot, while the “Exit” button is in plain sight.
Moreover, the simplicity of configurable settings is slightly disturbing with no hints or tooltips to guide you around. Even as an experienced human resources employee you get a little stuck from time to time.

In spite of the discouraging aspects mentioned above, the application does put a fair amount of tools to make employee managing a little easier. All of them can be included in a list, each with its personal details.

Nearly any option gives you the possibility to issue a report you can print out on a sheet of paper, or export to an excel or word document, depending on the business requirement.
