flvplayer

flvplayer is a program with a name that perfectly describes its purpose – this lightweight tool allows you to play Flash Video files (FLV). It can be easily handled, even by less experienced individuals.
The interface of the program is plain and simple to work with. You can import a video by using only the file browser because the "drag and drop" functionality is not included. Unfortunately, you cannot import multiple items at once to create a playlist.
So, you can use basic video player functions, such as pause, adjust the volume, replay the clip and navigate back and forth within the video.
The video player runs on a moderate amount of CPU and system memory. We have not come across any issues throughout our testing; flvplayer did not freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs. There is no help file available but that's because flvplayer comes with limited but easy-to-learn features.
On the other hand, you cannot switch to full screen mode or create a playlist. flvplayer does not come with a "Settings" area where you can enable loop mode, set the tool to minimize to the system tray or to automatically close after playback. It does not offer multiple language support and you cannot toggle between multiple skins for the interface. Needless to say, flvplayer does not come with the minimum requirements for a decent video player.
