Comes with an intuitive, yet rugged interface

First off, you should know that the app requires you enter your username and password before you can use it. In case you are a first time user, then you can access the Register button and add your credentials from within the app. Once you complete this straightforward steps, you can lock content on your drives immediately.
The utility includes a minimalistic and outdated interface that consists of the main window that displays all available features and functions. More precisely, while on the left side you can drag the folder or file you want to lock, you can easily unlock them by placing them in the corresponding boxes on the right side.
On a side note, you should know that the interface does not provide any sort of feedback when you are dragging a file for locking, except for a very short freeze sometimes. On the other hand, the app gives you a notification when the folder is locked or unlocked.

It could use an encryption function

It is necessary to mention that the application simply locks the data via the password you used to log in, without encrypting the information. Therefore, if you keep highly sensitive files on your computer, such as financial reports of your company or the details for a new product launch for instance, then you might want to use other third-party software solutions to lock the data.
In addition, considering that the program is a privacy app, it would have been nice if it came with some editing options that allowed you to rename your file that it would become inconspicuous.

Since it is not capable of encrypting data, the app might not be suitable for safeguarding critical information. However, it is simple, intuitive and might be the tool you need to protect data on your personal computer.
