foo midi is a lightweight and useful add-in for foobar2000 designed to help you decode MIDI files.
It adds decoding support for General MIDI files (.MID) and RIFF MIDI files (.RMI) as well as several proprietary MIDI formats such as .MIDS, .MDS, .HMI, .HMP, .MUS, .XMI, .LDS.
The plugin plays through either a built-in "chip tune"-like synthesizer called "Emu de MIDI," through VST instruments installed to %programfiles%\Steinberg\VstPlugins, or through the built-in FluidSynth or BASSMIDI SoundFont synthesizers.System requirementsfoobar2000
