FREE FTP is an application with a pretty self-explanatory name. It is a cost-free FTP client intended to help all users transfer files between their computer and a FTP server.

Double-sided interface to ease file handling

Designed with ease of use in mind, FREE FTP displays a forthright interface that comprises a minimal set of options. Just like most programs in its category, this application has a two-sided GUI, so that you can browse a local folder and a remote location at the same time.
You can perform basic file management operations via the right-click context menu, such as uploading or downloading a file, creating a new folder, copying, cutting, renaming or deleting items or access file properties.

Hassle-free configuration

Configuring the connection only requires you to enter the address of the host FTP server, the username and the corresponding password. FREE FTP can remember the login information for the FTP server, so that you don't have to type it in every time you want to start the application. And if you want it to delete the login data from its 'memory', you can do that using the dedicated option in the 'Tools' menu.
One interesting option is that you can access the content stored on the FTP server via Windows Explorer.
