Free m Screen Capture Description
Free m Screen Capture is a small software application designed specifically for helping you take screenshots of your desktop.
User-friendly layout and capturing modes
You are welcomed by a minimalistic window that integrates several dedicated buttons for helping you take screenshots in a full screen mode or capture a fixed or user-defined region of the screen.
There’s support for a previewing panel that allows you to quickly check out the recently taken screenshot.
Exporting options and other handy features
Free m Screen Capture gives you the possibility to print or export the taken photos to JPEG, PNG, GIF, or BMP file format, show or hide a magnifier, flip the images vertically or horizontally, rotate the pictures to different angles, as well as invert colors.
Performance
Since it doesn’t require much computer knowledge to set up the dedicated parameters, even less experienced users can learn to master the entire process in no time. Tests have shown that Free m Screen Capture carries out a task quickly and provides very good output results. It doesn’t eat up a lot of CPU and memory, so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.
Where it falls short
On the downside, it doesn’t provide support for advanced features that could help you draw freehand designs on the screenshot using a pen and marker, insert pointers, embed text messages, set the image quality, enable sound notifications, and automatically take screenshots at a user-defined time.
Bottom line
All in all, Free m Screen Capture comes packed with basic features for helping you take screenshots of your desktop, and is suitable especially for less experienced users.
