Fresh View

Fresh View is a feature-rich application developed to help users organize images, photographs, videos and sound files. Thanks to its intuitive layout and options, it caters to all types of users, regardless of their level of experience.
The interface is not particularly attractive but user-friendly. With the help of the Explorer-based folder structure, you can easily navigate directories to locate, view and edit multimedia files.
It is possible to copy images and filenames, set pictures as wallpapers, view EXIF information and histograms, create a file list, generate an HTML album, build a slideshow, as well as convert and resample files, or open them with the default programs.
Concerning image files, you can make adjustments when it comes to the brightness, contrast, hue and saturation levels, zoom and rotate, as well as apply effects, add watermarks, to name but a few.
A few general settings can be configured for the program as well, as you can customize the thumbnail size, overwrite existing files when moving or copying them, make file associations, establish external editors, change watermark settings, and more.
Fresh View supports plugins and multiple languages. It has a good response time and runs on a low amount of CPU and RAM. We have not experienced any difficulties in our tests, since the app did not hang or crash. However, Fresh View has not been recently updated.
