FTP Password Recovery has been created to help user recover passwords for FTP accounts and it works in conjunction with the FTP client of your choice.
Right off the bat you should know that the application works only with FTP clients that store the credentials in a cache of their own. If the passwords are not stored locally then FTP Password Recovery cannot help.
The application is simple and features a single screen that presents a clear set of instructions on how it should be used.
The steps are easy to follow and involve changing the server address to the local one, so that the connection is intercepted by FTP Password Recovery. This is necessary because the application emulates the FTP client
As soon as the connection is established the program shows in its screen the passwords received from the client.
FTP Password Recovery does not require installation and works out of the box. The only option it makes available refers to clearing the window of all the information in order to be able to receive and display new details. The information received includes both the countersign and the user name.
