GOGO Photo To Movie Converter is a simple-to-use application which allows you to build movie clips from images, PowerPoint presentations and music. It can be used by both novices and experienced individuals.
The interface of the program is a little cluttered. Image and PPS files can be imported by using either the file browser, treeview or "drag and drop" method.
The quickest way to create a video (AVI, MPEG, WMV, RM or Flash) is to directly specify the output destination, file name and format.
But you may also be interested in adding a sound track (e.g. with the WAV, WMA or MP3 extension) and an overlay image (set coordinates, the transparency color and alpha value).
Additionally, you can apply effects (e.g. brightness, mirror, rotate, hue, blur, film grain, ripple, watercolor) and adjust their intensity level, as well as add transitions (e.g. blinds, fade, insert, slide, stips, wipe).
Furthermore, you can merge video clips and convert them to the aforementioned output formats. The task can take a long while and you cannot customize audio and video properties (only select the output profile for each extension). On top of that, you can export all images to multiple file types (e.g. BMP, PDF, PNG, TIF), preview the output movie in a built-in player, record and save sound, set the image and transition speed, and others.
The video processing tool requires a moderate amount of system resources, quickly finishes a task and keeps a good image and sound quality. We haven't come across any issues during our tests and GOGO Photo To Movie Converter did not freeze or crash. There's also a comprehensive help file with snapshots that you can check out.
On the other hand, its response time is not very good (especially when managing effects and transitions) and the interface needs to be simplified. But, other than that, GOGO Photo To Movie Converter comes packed with some important features for creating video clips and we strongly recommend it to all users.
