Grey Olltwit's Calorie Counter Description
We are all born with a healthy and flexible body, but with time and based on what we eat every day that can change real quick. Nowadays, stores and malls are filled with processed food, chemically-cultivated vegetables and fruits and meat with hormones. However, there are plenty healthy and good products on the market that can bring back that juicy taste, items had at first.
Supervise the daily calorie consumption using an approachable layout
With all the harmful merchandise found on the shop shelves, it's hard to keep a beautiful and toned body as exercises aren't enough to do so and, like the phrase says, we are what we eat. Monitoring all the meals and beverages that we consume every day is essential, as well as the total amount of calories.
Grey Olltwit's Calorie Counter comes to help you keep track in a simple diary all the daily calorie intake and calculates the optimal number of calories that should be ingested to stay fit. It comes with a large database of various products, like eggs, veggies, bread, desserts, juices, beers and other.
Make multiple user accounts and set up the body measurements
It's wrapped in a user-friendly yet outdated interface with six distinct tabs, namely, user creator and profile, main database, favorites and diary/planner. The app can be used by everyone, as it doesn't require any types of skills. The panel can be toggled only between the full-screen and small window.
To get started, you just have to create a new username and set up some personal details, such as weight, height, age, gender and lifestyle. In addition, you can input the target weight and time interval, based on which the BMI is calculated, including the daily calorie intake to reach your goal. Grey Olltwit's Calorie Counter provides several unit measurements based on each country's system.
Look up for particular entries and create detailed graphs
The database tab is divided into a result and library areas, a search bar and a custom food editor. From here, it's possible to enter your own products or easily insert an item to the diary. Each entry provides nutritional values (e.g. fat, carbs, protein) and can be added to the favorite list for quick access.
Plus, the app lets you select the date so you can monitor what you consume each day. From the planner, you have the option to generate various charts for specific days, as well as view the total amount of calories.
On ending note
Taking everything into account, Grey Olltwit's Calorie Counter is a useful and accessible tool that comes in handy when you plan on following a personalized diet to keep an eye on the number of consumed calories.
