HDPT Description

The HDPT utility (aka "the Utility") is designed to give a way to make a
backup copy of hard drive logical structure. It works only in REAL DOS mode
and it doesnt work in command-line mode of the Microsoft Windows operating
syste.
Here are some key features of "HDPT":
ï¿ Save hard drive partition table with or not boot sectors to file;
ï¿ Restore hard drive partition table with or not boot sectors from file;
ï¿ BIOS Extensions autodetect (as old as modern computers are supported);
ï¿ Large drives up to 127 Gb support.
This Utility can be useful during operating systems installing experiments.
It is a good idea to make a backup copy of the hard drive partition table
structure and boot sectors after the computer system will be configured. This
little action can save your information and your time in future.
