Hex Converter

Hex Converter is a small and portable utility whose purpose it to turn hexadecimal code into ASCII code and vice versa. It can be seamlessly handled, even by users with little or no experience in software tools.
Since installation is not a prerequisite, you can drop the executable file anywhere on the hard drive and run it directly.
As an alternative, you can move Hex Converter to a USB flash drive or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any computer with minimum effort.
What's more important is that Windows Registry does not get new entries, and files do not remain on the hard drive after program removal.
The interface of Hex Converter is made of a small, common window with a plain layout. We can safely apply the "what you see is what you get" concept to the tool, as there are no other options available, aside from the ones visible in the main frame.
All you have to do is select the conversion mode, write the code and click the Calculate button. The result is immediately shown in the frame, and you can copy it to the Clipboard with the simple click of a button.
Hex Converter is very light on the system resources, since it needs a minimum quantity of CPU and system memory, so it doesn't burden the computer's overall performance. We have not come across any issues in our tests, since the app did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. However, Hex Converter  has not been updated for a very long time.
