HideMe!

Tired of those pesky icons sitting on your beautiful wallpaper and messing up the scene? Although you can remove most icons, some icons (e.g. local and network) insist on remaining on the desktop and marring the view.
The HideMe! application was developed to be a small tool that will allow you to safely hide the icons from view and still let them exist on the desktop. HideMe! creates a small window that sits on TOP of those icons and then grabs the picture underneath
the icons and paints itself with that image.
The icons then appear to disappear! The window remains in the bottom of the z order (that means it stays behind all other windows on the screen. The hidden window can
be toggled on and off via the tray icon of the eyeball. Left clicking the eyeball will toggle the icons visibility on and off. Right clicking the icon will bring up a small menu that allows you to adjust the size that will be covered.
The program always locked so it cannot be moved and always appears in the upper left hand corner. (So if you want to hide your icons move them to the upper left corner.) If you change the wallpaper background you can left click the window itself and it will redraw itself to the new image. You can simply add this program to your startup and say goodbye to cluttered screens!
