HollywoodVocabulary consists of different levels. This flexibility lets use the system for all comers, regardless of the foreign language level. During the program development we examined the whole material only from Hollywood movie, and formed it on the frequency principle. We researched not only modern movies, but also pictures from 40-60s of the XXth century. The study material is divided into four subjects: words, phrases, phrasal verbs and idioms. Each subject is located in a separate English-Russian Dictionary, which you are able to add to the system in order to make a library (data base for learning). Besides, the user can table the learning process, when and how the dictionaries will be altered, and on which subject will be worth to draw more attention.
The Russian Language Course is intended to overcome a language barrier and develop into proficient in skills and abilities to communicate in typical daily life. As the cinema relates to the pop-culture, has the most enormous audience and influences on the common culture very much, including the language culture, that's why we chose well-known Hollywood movies as the base for our analysis.
