Human Resources Personnel Information Management is an easy to use Microsoft Access database tool, dedicated to storing employees’ profiles. The tool allows you to monitor your employees, regarding their payment, seniority, location, contact details or attendance. Moreover, you can enter courses or trainings they took.

Departments, jobs and location

Human Resources Personnel Information Management offers you the means to create an extensive employee profile, in which to include details about their employment, department, location within the company or payroll ID. It offers a separate tab for entering details regarding their payment, bonuses and raises.
You may also create travel slips, in which to specify the address, phone, purpose of visit and reference, as well as costs, duration of stay and transportation. Each individual window supports several entries and can be printed for the record. Similarly, in the Trainings and Courses, you can mention the name of the employee who took the course, the title and category of the training, duration, cost and provider.

Customize categories and database tables

The application also features an annual attendance sheet which indicates an employee’s activity and absences. You can mark the days of absence according to their type: holiday, jury service, accident at work, sickness, maternity leave or excused absence. The tool can easily calculate the total number of absences.
The database tool can generate reports based on types of contracts, employees, departments and ethnicity. Moreover, you can easily append several secondary categories, which you can select from menus: bonus scheme, car group, department, ethnicity, location, trainings, source, reasons for leaving or job titles.
Additionally, each employee can be assigned a medical sheet, indicating their annual health state and insurance.

Since it integrates with Microsoft Access, Human Resources Personnel Information Management allows you to work in the environment offered by the program. It allows you to easily add new records in any of the tables and print tables for each entry you can view. It is easy to use and can automatically save new entries as you type.
