IE Cache Extractor

There are simple ways to retrieve the cache data from Internet Explorer, and IE Cache Extractor has been designed specifically for this purpose.
The application does not require installation but there is a chance that the main window is not shown in English. Solving the problem is done by simply running the “en_lng.bat” file in the extracted folder.
The actual interface of the program is launched through the “run.hta” file. It consists of a simple layout that allows selecting the destination folder for the Internet explorer cache and defining a URL mask for filtering the data.
Apart from this, there is the possibility to enable the creation of just pages list as well as export them in Eserv format. The tool can also run without showing any errors.
The cache extraction is carried out silently and all the data is stored in the assigned location.
IE Cache Extractor is also capable of running from the command line and some parameters are available in this case. These are not different from what the graphical user interface provides and some examples are available in the documentation file.
The entire cache of the browser is neatly organized according to the type of data or the connection. As such, cookies are stored in their own folder, just like the data retrieved through HTTP or HTTPS.
