iExporter is a simple-to-use software application that enables you to copy iTunes playlists to other directories for safekeeping.
It does not comprise complicated options or configuration parameters, so it can be handled by all types of users, regardless of their previous experience with computer software.
The setup procedure does not take a long time to finish. As far as the interface is concerned, the main app window has a clean and intuitive structure, where you can get started by connecting to iTunes (it is automatically opened).
So, all you have to do is point point out the saving directory and export selected playlists with the click of a button, whether they are movies, TV shows, recently added or recently played media, or anything else. In addition, you can view items by artists. There are no other notable options provided by this software utility.
iExporter does not put a strain on computer performance, as it runs on low CPU and RAM. We have not come across any kind of issues throughout our evaluation, since the app did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs.
Although it is not particularly resourceful, iExporter offers a simple solution to exporting iTunes playlists for safekeeping, and it can be handled by anyone. On the other hand, the tool has not been updated for a very long time.
