To use this program copy a picture to the clipboard, paste it into this program, then adjust the sliders to blend the edges, and then save the result (or copy it back to the clipboard). The resulting picture will have its edges blended together, so that it can be smoothly tiled (as the background pattern of a web page, or as desktop wallpaper).
