Import Messages from EML/EMLX Files

This program allows you to quickly and easily import e-mail message files of .EML format into any Outlook and Exchange mailboxes and other storages. All major types of Outlook accounts are supported: POP3, IMAP, Exchange, Hotmail/Outlook.com (EAS), PST data files, as well as Exchange Server public folders.The EML format is a popular way to back up e-mail and to transfer messages between different e-mail clients and systems. For example, EML files can be created in Windows Live Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Mac Mail, Entourage, Eudora and other mail programs. Because these programs do not support direct export of e-mail messages to Outlook, EML format is an excellent solution to transfer your data.

Our utility does not simply import the EML files to Outlook - it does everything right, unlike many other programs. When you import files, the utility retains all message headers, including the blind carbon copy (BCC). Moreover, the utility allows you to create an existing folder structure with EML files on your disk right in Outlook. This will allow you to quickly and easily migrate all your mail from another e-mail client or from a backup retaining the entire folder structure.Additional options allow to import EML files selectively. For example, only ones that contain (or dont contain) attachments or limit the size of imported files.In order to save (export) messages to the EML format use "Export Messages to EML Files" utility. Also we have utilities to "Import Messages from MSG Files" and "Export Messages to MSG Files" (Outlooks native format). If your primary task is to transfer messages between two or more Outlooks, the usage of MSG format or "Export Outlook Items to PST" utility is the preferred way.
