InstantInvoice is a small yet efficient software that helps you track customer payments and invoices, and it's dedicated to small or medium businesses.

Produce invoices with ease

The interface is self-explanatory and easy-to-use, divided into three distinct sections, the main menu, the invoice tools and the document lists. Due to its simplicity, it can be used even by novices.

Configure your company's profile

From the beginning, you have the option to set up your database and profile by filling in the business name, address and phone number, along with the location, tax type and registration number.
In addition, you can choose the way the invoice is viewed by your customers, like an invoice, bill or tax payment, as well as pick what product categories should be included in the sheet, such as ID, serial number, quantity or unit price.

Enter your own terms and conditions

It's possible to enter a custom terms and conditions content, currency symbol (euro, dollar, pound), and the printing size (letter, A4). Once the guide is complete, you can add all the clients by filling in their name, address, mobile phones, email, website, remarks and the shipping address.

Make customized bills for each client

Clicking on the "+" button brings up the invoice panel, where you can create a unique bill for each customer. You can enter the seller, recipient, creation date, terms, products (e.g. ID, description, units, price, amount), as well as write additional notes, select the tax value, and input the paid amount.

Generate customer or product reports

All the invoices are displayed in the list with their date, customer's name,  total tax, balance due and private annotations. Last but not least, you have the option to generate reports based on categories such as clients, products, quotations, charts or payments.
