Intellinote Description
Intellinote is a reliable workspace application that facilitates teamwork by sharing notes, documents, tasks, calendars or simple messages with the other members of your organization. The program can run on the desktop, but also on tablets and phones, which makes it a suitable tool for constant communication.
Work online or offline
Intellinote features two types of workspaces: the common Meeting Room, which displays messages from all the members, and the private space, in which you can view your activity only. The Meeting Room is an online environment that all the members can connect to via the desktop/tablet/smartphone or from the browser.
The console displays the actions of all the organization members, including messages, notes, tasks, scheduled events or uploaded documents. All posts are displayed in the main area of the Meeting Room, resembling the main console of a social network website. The side panels grant you quick access to all the functions of the tool.
Manage organizations, members, workspaces
Intellinote allows you to invite new members via email and they can confirm by connecting to the workspace. They can be granted access to projects, libraries, archives and a history of completed tasks, but also to a powerful searching engine.
As a member you can join several organizations, participate in several projects at once. The program features a separate chat area, where the members can share messages. Similarly, the program supports audio/video calls, via a plug-in and can integrate with cloud storage services, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
Personalized workspace depending on each member
Intellinote requires that you log in with the account you previously created. With each new account the program prompts you to generate a new organization, but you may also connect to an existing one. A Meeting Room is assigned a specific URL, which you can send to third party users, such as project managers, team leaders, customers and other higher-ups so that they can follow your progress.
