IntelliStaffing 2011 is a complete and comprehensive personnel management system that is designed to dramatically improve your organizations overall efficiency, productivity and bottom-line. Using your companys organizational structure (T/O) as its foundation, it integrates the T/O, Employees, Staffing, Scheduling, Employee Benefits, Budgeting, Timekeeping and Payroll functions into a coherent, well-organized and easily managed package.

If you want to expand IntelliStaffing 2011s core functionality, both now and in the future, that is not a problem. It includes a set of optional add-in modules (e.g., Insurance Benefits, Compensatory-Time-Off, Optional Paid-Time-Off, Payroll Tax Estimator, Shift Differential Pay, C.O.L.A.s, etc) that can greatly expand the scope and usefulness of the base system. These add-in modules allow you to customize the system with the functionality that you need right now and to then expand it as your company and its needs grow.

DATABASE REGISTRATION: In order to maintain the highest level of data security and integrity possible, IntelliStaffing 2011 stores all of your data in a user-owned database of your choice. If you dont currently maintain a dedicated database system within your organization, and dont wish to purchase one, you can either: 1) perform an internet search for download of FREE databases which are readily available or; 2) use the Microsoft Access database that is usually already installed on most computers that use the Microsoft Windows operating system.
